About The Position

The Client Partner role within the Strategic Beauty team is responsible for scaling existing Beauty partnerships and identifying net-new opportunities with global clients by delivering influencer-led, data-driven growth solutions. This role is built for a consultative seller who blends data fluency, commercial instinct, and executive presence to unlock revenue across influencer marketing and commerce. You will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, identifying net-new opportunities, and exceeding revenue targets, while serving as a trusted advisor to brand stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep relationships with global beauty brands and retailers who can excel in a fast-paced media environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in client partnerships, enterprise sales, or business development with a demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue quotas
  • Proven experience selling influencer marketing, media solutions, SaaS platforms, or marketing technology
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts while sourcing net-new revenue
  • Experience in presenting C-Suite and Executive-level audiences
  • Highly analytical and comfortable using performance data to shape strategy
  • Media, ad-tech, martech, or commerce background strongly preferred
  • Team player attitude and proven ability to communicate and work with team

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise beauty clients, driving revenue through influencer-led media, SaaS platforms, and strategic services
  • Act as a trusted advisor to brand by multi-threading relationships across influencer, social, e-commerce, and media teams
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for the assigned accounts in partnership with leadership
  • Maintain a high volume of weekly new brand team meetings, developing and creating proactive proposals
  • Monitor, forecast, track sales performance to senior management on a weekly cadence
  • Lead data-driven business reviews that connect performance insights to future investment opportunities
  • Present confidently to VP- and C-suite executives, translating creator and campaign performance data into clear growth narratives for executive audiences
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across media, SaaS, and managed services offerings
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver custom solutions
