About The Position
The Client Partner, Agency (Essential Accounts) is focused on owning and expanding the relationships with medium size and mid-market accounts to drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling. As the Account Owner, the Client Partner will oversee the account transition from the new business team, manage onboarding, and work continuously to understand and fulfill the evolving needs of the clients. The goal is to expand and renew business, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
