Responsibilities

• Lead on duty, ensuring seamless class check-ins and studio operations according to policies and procedures.
• Support management of studio staff on duty.
• Develop effective and cooperative relationships with clients and staff.
• Assist the Senior/General Manager and Assistant General Manager with studio marketing strategies, including acquisition tactics and community initiatives.
• Assist with fuel bar and retail inventory control and counts.
• Train and provide ongoing development to team members to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Oversee implementation of milestone, loyalty, and community engagement programs.
• Manage studio systems such as Zendesk and Brandbot, ensuring client inquiries are resolved promptly.
• Maintain brand standards and cleanliness of studio facilities, including laundry and locker room maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer service at the Fuel Bar and during retail operations.
