About The Position

Join Resi, a dynamic and innovative leader in property management technology, as our Implementation Manager! This role is part of the Client Experience Team and is dedicated to ensuring a seamless client experience by managing the intake and execution of all client services, including SEO, PPC, web projects, and additional digital marketing services. The ideal candidate is a proactive project manager who thrives on delivering high-quality results, maintaining clear communication with internal teams, and continuously improving processes to enhance project delivery and timelines. This role will also involve developing systems and processes in coordination with the Operations Team to optimize efficiency and ensure smooth execution across all services.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in project management, client implementation, or digital marketing operations, preferably in SEO, PPC, web services, or broader client services.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing workflows, including website development, SEO and PPC campaign execution.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Provide a seamless client experience.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for clarity in internal collaboration and potential client-facing interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset in identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with multifamily real estate marketing, property management services, or SaaS implementation.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot, Teamwork, or other CRM and project management tools for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, review, and approve client assets for the design team, including optimizing images when needed.
  • Create and prepare onboarding documents, pre-filling as much information as possible to streamline onboarding.
  • Handle behind-the-scenes onboarding work, including entering client and project details into the CMS.
  • Create and configure WP Engine environments for new sites and apply appropriate tagging for organization.
  • Implement content updates from client feedback during website theme rollouts and ensure requests are complete, triage as needed.
  • Perform technical website QA, including link checks, spelling and content verification before launch.
  • SEO and data configuration on website builds.
  • Facilitate website launches to ensure a smooth deployment process.
  • Improve and refine internal processes to optimize efficiency, enhance collaboration, and keep projects on track.
  • Create and manage all ongoing maintenance and support projects within Teamwork.
  • Archive completed build projects and track build timelines to support future forecasting and capacity planning.
