Job Description: Responsibilities: Process, create, edit, and format client deliverables (e.g., tax returns, extensions, etc.) including software setup, maintenance and delivery. Review, proofread, and validate deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to all applicable quality control and compliance standards. Plan, prioritize, and manage work to meet client, internal and external deadlines, including proactive communication of status, timeliness and workflow questions. Follow through on commitments, identify issues and escalate appropriately to support timely and accurate delivery. Support special projects, seasonal tasks and other needs as assigned. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
