Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a complex organization.
  • Experience in public accounting or professional services preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and presentation.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the development and performance of the Client Operations administrative team.
  • Champion firm initiatives and process improvements for consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with leadership to understand business needs and client expectations.
  • Proactively communicate best practices and administer policies and procedures.
  • Participate in onboarding and training of new personnel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to secure resources for projects.
  • Analyze activities and operating costs with operations and finance teams.
  • Develop and execute plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with leadership.
