KKR’s Client Services Team supports clients in a variety of ways throughout the client lifecycle through four key verticals: fund and client onboarding; investor communications; inquiry management; and data and analytics. Client Services is global, works with clients and products across all asset classes and geographies, and interacts closely with KKR’s Global Client Solutions Group (“KCS”), operational groups (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Human Resources) and the firm’s Investment professionals to provide information and solutions to clients. The Client Services team is experiencing rapid growth in lockstep with the pace of KKR’s capital raising activity and is seeking a team member to play a role in the global inquiry management function of the team. The successful candidate will play an intricate role on the Client Services team working within the inquiry management vertical. This role offers a steep and rewarding learning curve, immersion in a rapidly growing area of KKR’s business, close partnership with senior business operations leadership and the ability to make a lasting impact on client servicing capabilities globally. The successful candidate will have a passion for execution and a record of accomplishment creating and delivering on complex priorities across functional teams. The ability to monitor multiple simultaneous work streams, calibrate shifting priorities and optimize outcomes are foundational capabilities for this role.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, investor relations, asset management, consulting or wealth management
  • Strong proficiency in alternatives
  • Demonstrated track record of execution in complex operational environments
  • Excellent academic credentials including an undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution
  • Passion for client servicing in a non-fundraising capability
  • Service mentality with grace under pressure and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated nimbleness in managing multiple and changing priorities with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
  • Self-starter with ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm
  • Scale-oriented mindset with ability to design business processes and utilize tools to drive efficiency in a rapidly growing servicing vertical

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and responsiveness in keeping with Client Services Standards
  • Manage intake and resolution of all client inquiries received via phone, email and portal, ensuring thorough responses within defined servicing SLAs
  • Exercise sound judgment to respond to complex inquiries, leveraging knowledge of financial and legal reporting as well as organizational resource to source information efficiently
  • Build on specialized product coverage expertise within the inquiry management team
  • Enhance inquiry tracking capabilities in Salesforce, leveraging Einstein machine learning and Snowflake integration to monitor inquiry progress and connect inquiries with broader data sets
  • Expand inquiry reporting and dashboard capabilities in partnership with KCS and Technology teams
  • Adhere to documented procedures to ensure consistent workflow efficiencies across multiple teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements across teams, functions, and regions to maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining proper controls
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to understand evolving client relationships and service requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Benefits

  • Expected annual base salary range: $80,000—$140,000 USD
  • Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
