About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Client Operations Analyst to support and enhance our client service operations. This fully remote role focuses on optimizing operational processes, analyzing client data, improving service delivery, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, client services, business analysis, or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor and report on client performance metrics and KPIs
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth client transitions
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Finance, and Product teams
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues affecting clients
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Assist with compliance, audits, and quality assurance initiatives
