Our Client Service Operations Team is hiring a Client Onboarding Team Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading a centralized team that performs account opening for new and existing clients across all firm channels. This role requires a proactive and strategic leader who can collaboratively manage onshore and offshore teams while delivering a best-in-class advisor and client experience. This role requires a hands-on operational leader who thrives in high-growth, high-accountability environments. Success in this role requires balancing operational discipline with a strong service mindset toward Advisors and their clients. The Client Onboarding Manager ensures all onboarding and transition processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards while driving operational scalability and continuous improvement. In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 exclusive of benefits and incentive pay.
