We’re looking for a full-time evening shift Onboarding Specialist to join our fast-growing team at Richard Yu’s online education company. Our mission is simple: help everyday people launch impactful online digital arbitrage businesses that transform lives—starting with their own. Requirements

  • Must be able to commit to the hours of 1pm - 10pm EST Mon-Fri.
  • Fluent, accent-neutral English speaker.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient or knowledgeable about tech stack (Loom, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, CRM, etc.) or willing to learn quickly.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments, multiple clients, and changing priorities.
  • Willingness to grow with the company long-term (3+ years).
  • Open to feedback and constructive coaching.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales background.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new onboarding calls daily to welcome new students.
  • Ensure a smooth transition process between the sales rep and yourself and then between yourself and the coaching team.
  • Help innovate products by creating and producing new video trainings/worksheets to deliver a world-class onboarding experience.
  • Report daily on multiple communication channels (Slack, text message, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Maintain high attention to detail and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Innovate new, more efficient SOPs to ensure the Fulfilment Team hits their KPIs.
