About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of banking operations or KYC onboarding experience with large financial institutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior CRM or case/ticket management software experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support by responding to inquiries from branch offices regarding the Enhanced Savings Account product.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related and compliance issues raised by branch offices.
• Assist with account onboarding and training, guiding branch offices through product setup and usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate feedback from branch offices and contribute to product enhancements.
• Foster strong client relationships by actively listening to branch offices' needs and providing exceptional service.
