About The Position

As a Client Officer at Conveo, you will own and deepen relationships at the highest levels of some of the world’s most influential organizations. You are the strategic partner trusted by global insights, marketing, innovation, and product leaders to guide their transformation toward AI-powered qualitative research. Your work shapes how multinational enterprises adopt, scale, and operationalize Conveo across markets and business units—turning early wins into global capabilities embedded in how companies understand consumers and make decisions. This is not traditional account management. This is a senior, high-impact role for a commercial strategist, an enterprise navigator, and a relationship architect. You will engage C-suite, VPs, and global research leaders; anticipate organizational shifts before clients articulate them; craft multi-year partnership blueprints; and unlock major expansion opportunities by aligning Conveo with your clients’ long-term strategic priorities. Your mandate: own the commercial and strategic success of Conveo’s most important accounts, build multi-market influence networks, and drive large-scale expansion that changes the trajectory of Conveo’s growth. This is a high-leverage, deeply relationship-driven role in which you will:

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Enterprise Account Management, Consulting, Strategic Partnerships, Market Research, or similar roles.
  • Proven ownership of large, complex, multi-market enterprise accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, framing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate with senior executives and influence multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong commercial instincts and experience shaping strategic account plans.
  • Comfort with AI-driven products and translating technical capabilities into executive narratives.
  • High ownership, deep curiosity, and a bias for action in fast-moving environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with global enterprise accounts, ideally in CPG, Tech, Pharma, or Financial Services.
  • Familiarity with market research or marketing workflows (qual research, panels, moderating, survey/interview design).
  • Insight or qualitative research background.
  • Prior experience driving enterprise-wide SaaS transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and cultivate executive-level relationships across global accounts.
  • Understand complex organizational structures, politics, incentives, and budget cycles.
  • Lead multi-year commercial strategy for your most strategic enterprise logos.
  • Drive large expansions across geographies, business units, and divisions.
  • Shape high-impact narratives that position Conveo as a strategic capability, not a vendor.
  • Hold multi-year renewal, expansion, and revenue targets.
  • Build long-range account roadmaps tied to clients’ strategic priorities.
  • Navigate global procurement cycles, enterprise contracting, and budget negotiations.
  • Partner with CS & Research to turn usage signals into high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Work directly with VPs, GMs, global heads of Insights, CXOs, and senior decision-makers.
  • Establish Conveo as a long-term strategic partner trusted for future capability planning.
  • Build influence networks across markets, functions, and leadership layers.
  • Coach internal champions to advocate for Conveo at the highest levels.
  • Identify and prioritize new markets, teams, and business units with high revenue potential.
  • Lead multi-market deployment strategies with CS, Research, Product, and founders.
  • Craft strategic proposals and pricing frameworks for global agreements.
  • Drive rollouts that turn single-team adoption into organizational transformation.
  • Build robust pre-renewal strategies with long visibility into risk and opportunity.
  • Maintain senior alignment continuously—not just at renewal time.
  • Lead executive business reviews that articulate value, ROI, and strategic impact.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder coverage across champions, influencers, sponsors, and buyers.
  • Present at executive steering committees, workshops, and global research summits.
  • Collaborate with founders to shape commercial strategies for major accounts.
  • Turn successful programs into flagship case studies and enterprise advocacy.
  • Influence Conveo’s roadmap through client insights and future-looking needs.
