Requirements

  • JD Edwards proficiency required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong PC skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Required to stand, sit, talk, see and hear. Required to walk, lift, and move up to 100 pounds. Must use hands and fingers to operate controls/equipment/computer.
  • Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned. Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Manager of all Current and Future Storage Deal Contracts and RFPs
  • Manage All Capacity at Prasco Including Bryan, OH to Maximize Storage Revenue
  • Manage all Storage Deal Transitions and Operations in Bryan, OH
  • Work in connection with Storage and Materials Manager to get all Partner Requirements Accomplished
  • Work with Storage and Materials Manager on Hours of Operation Coverage if 2 Staggered Shifts become required to meet Volume.
  • Plan and Direct Day to Day Operations pertaining to Storage and Material Deals and FTZ Operation
  • Assist Bryan, OH staff with Managing all Sub- Lease Tennant Requirements
  • Manage and Schedule all Truck Volume in and out for All Storage Deals
  • Manage all Storage Deal Inventory and Manage all Portal Details for all Storage Deal Transactions
  • Manage All QA Paperwork for all Ins and Out Transactions
  • Manage All Transportation Providers both Customer Identified and Prasco Identified
  • Work Closely with ITR on System Enhancements to Streamline Ordering, Receiving, Inventory and Billing
  • Manage Warehouse Flow to Coordinate Capacity with all other Prasco Business
  • Follow all SOPs, COPs and cGMPs as directed
  • Proficiency of all competencies within Distribution including but not limited to shipping, receiving and replenishment
  • Complete Distribution Leadership Skill Training Program and maintain status
  • Maintain and build team continuity via peer-to-peer mentoring, interaction and support
  • Prepare for daily production and product launches
  • Transfer products in the system to replenish depleted SKUs for specific warehouse locations for order
  • Create move slips through JDE system to pick products in order to fulfill an order (verify that the correct product, quantity, and lot number are being shipped)
  • Input, update and retrieve information using the JD Edwards and shipping systems.
  • Fill orders with high accuracy (at least 99% accuracy)
  • Achieve and maintain warehouse metrics to Distribution standards or managerial requests (e.g. 5% of total yearly volume; e.g 2% of quarterly volume)
  • Update and maintain an inventory log for selected products and ensure accuracy within the JDE system
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks
  • Accurately receive new inventory and enter into JD Edwards, complete paperwork and notify QA
  • Operate a sit-down and stand-up (reach truck) forklift and maintain OSHA standards
  • Re-skid product if necessary
  • Deliver non-product receivables
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
  • Order and track supplies
  • Perform cycle counts as directed by supervisor
  • Effectively communicate issues to the appropriate department(s) when necessary
  • Must be capable of analyzing Distribution related activities and to make improvements suggestions
  • Designated Representative responsibilities Primary and 3PL warehouse
  • Be aware of and follow DSCSA
  • Leads others as necessary and conduct duties in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Manage storage products and communicate inventory levels to partners
  • Works directly with warehouse technicians, Distribution Logistics and Office Manager, and Distribution
