The Client Manager plays a crucial role in establishing and strengthening client relationships while driving member engagement and growth for RealTime Solutions (RTS). In this position you will establish rapport, assess business needs, engage and grow member volume in our loyalty rewards programs. You will build relationships with top members through outbound calls, attending trade shows and holding some in-person meetings to educate foodservice operator members about our services, tools and programs, and manufacturers’ products. You will be responsible for member engagement that will result in increased program participation, purchase verification and points redemption growth for RealTime Solutions and our clients.
