This role serves as the main contact for clients, providing consultative advice on contracts, plan structure, financial and renewal questions, escalation of claim issues, and other administrative aspects of their plan. The Client Manager collaborates with the implementation team during the onboarding process and ensures a smooth transition post-implementation. They are tasked with understanding client business needs through proactive communication and maintaining positive relationships. The role also involves oversight of performance guarantees, collaboration with internal departments, and delivering claims experience reporting to clients. Additionally, the Client Manager works with sales representatives to identify up-sell opportunities and negotiate renewals, while also contributing to administrative best practices and departmental projects.
