As the Client Manager you will ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher's clients by actively managing client accounts. You will work with our sales team to ensure client satisfaction. We will rely on your leadership skills to help guide our Client Service Associates and create a learning environment. You apply your business insight and strong dedication to service to create depth in our client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 or more years client service and/or claims management experience - OR - High School diploma/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Life & Health License.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage increasingly complex accounts with a strong focus on self-funded business while collaborating with senior teammates.
  • Utilize Gallagher's resources and tools to create effective client deliverables.
  • Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process with a target retention rate of 95%.
  • Resolve service-related issues independently but know when to raise concerns to more experienced client service team members.
  • Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze and spreadsheet proposal results, and develop client presentations.
  • Cross-solve with clients to communicate resources available within Gallagher that may not currently be provided.
  • Guide and support new hires and account associates.
  • Complete internal professional development programs to gain an understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes.
  • Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior and uphold The Gallagher Way.
