About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Manager to join our Employee Health & Benefits team. In this role, you will manage tasks related to individual life, disability, medical insurance, and financial services, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and effectively managing client accounts. Key responsibilities include processing applications and proposals for individual insurance policies, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with securities trading while ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also oversee individual annuity accounts, prepare reports, and manage client inquiries. Administrative support tasks such as organizing client information, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations will be essential. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will address inquiries, foster positive relationships, and collaborate with compliance resources to ensure adherence to regulations. Your insights into market strategy and involvement in carrier negotiations will enhance our commitment to outstanding client service and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of three years of Benefits/HR experience.
  • Working knowledge of risk management techniques and Employee Health and Benefits markets.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for candidates with Series 63 and 66 licenses.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
