About The Position

As our Client Specialist on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll support the Client Management team with timely and accurate handling of client accounts, and provide ongoing administrative, marketing and client service support to ensure client needs and expectations are met.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree.
• 1-3 years' experience in employee benefits or insurance related company.
• 1-3 years' experience in customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Some college or higher education preferred.
• Missouri Life & Health license (required within 90 days of hire; company paid).

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Management team with handling client accounts.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to ensure client needs are met.
• Assist with marketing efforts related to client services.
