Responsibilities

• Respond to policy inquiries and check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on customers in the agency management system.
• Identify and follow through on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure effective and efficient customer service is provided by the sales and service team.
• Follow organization policies, procedures, and established workflows for quality control.
