Additionally, the position involves maintaining inventory accuracy, performing inventory audits, and managing order acceptance and maintenance through various transportation management systems. The individual will also communicate with shipper and consignee contacts regarding exception notifications and problem resolution, while maximizing profitability and reducing customer cost exposure by managing assets effectively. The role may involve additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
