About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring several Client Management Consultant’s to work for a private aviation company located in the Quincy, MA area. These positions will offer a HYBRID schedule for both training and normal shift. This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility and growth available. The position is open due to rapid growth with the client. A large majority of the current management staff has started in this role. Constant training is offered, and new departments are created to make room for higher level roles. Job Description -Obtain flight itinerary and other pertinent trip information from clients regarding upcoming or current flights and accurately enter information into internal system -Deliver high-touch service via phone, email, and text -Gather and input flight itinerary details into internal systems -Coordinate with internal teams (Flight Planning, Flight Management) -Arrange catering and ground transportation -Resolve client issues with ownership and creativity -Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and senior management -Perform additional duties and projects as assigned -Ability to prioritize -Excellent communication skills (verbally and written) -Must be confident, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, professional, polished, organized, and possess the ability to multitask

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Exceptional Communication Skills - Clear, professional verbal and written communication, ability to actively listen and respond effectively
  • Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure, cross-functional client issues. for ultra-high net worth clients

Responsibilities
