The Client Intelligence Unit Senior Specialist role will be responsible for performing Level 2 escalation reviews of Enhanced Due Diligence/Periodic Reviews, name screening and transaction screening alerts, and determining the appropriate course of action. In addition, the Client Intelligence Unit Senior Specialist will assist with the provision of Know Your Customer (KYC) (Client Identification Procedures (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Procedures)-related advice and guidance related to SoFi’s diverse products and services. The Client Intelligence Unit Senior Specialist will also assist with the drafting of KYC/CIP/CDD compliance policies and procedures, and help execute ad-hoc projects.
