About The Position

As our Client Intake & Sales Specialist, you'll be the first friendly voice families hear when they reach out for help. You'll answer questions, guide them through our process, and make sure they feel supported from the very first call — all while working remotely. At Synergy HomeCare, we help seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
  • 2+ years in inside sales, lead management, or customer service (healthcare/home care experience preferred)
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Comfortable using CRM software, Google Suite, and basic scheduling tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Connect with Families: Answer inbound calls and online inquiries, build trust quickly, and understand client needs.
  • Close & Onboard: Secure signed service agreements, schedule home assessments, and ensure a smooth start to care.
  • Track & Improve: Document every interaction in our CRM, share insights on lead quality, and meet or exceed conversion goals.
