About The Position

The Client Insights Analyst supports Client Engagement and Analytics’ efforts by developing high-quality presentations, RFP responses, and analytical materials for field teams and large dealer groups. This role is responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling business narratives that support decision-making and strengthen partner relationships. The position plays a key role in building and maintaining client-facing and internal presentations, supporting RFP execution, and contributing to scalable content solutions using presentation automation and content management tools. Additionally, this role supports initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across reporting and presentation development within the Client Engagement & Analytics organization, including the use of AI-enabled tools and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in analytics, insights, strategy, marketing, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated ability leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis, content development, and productivity
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience developing client-facing or executive-level presentations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Presentation Development & Client Materials Develop and maintain client-facing and internal presentations, including executive reviews, partnership updates, product materials, and strategic business reviews
  • Translate complex data and analysis into clear visuals and structured business narratives tailored to field teams and dealer partners
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards across all deliverables
  • RFP & Strategic Content Support Support the development of RFP responses, proposals, and pitch materials by organizing content and aligning data to business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure materials reflect business priorities and client needs
  • Scalable Content & Automation Assist in the development of scalable presentation templates and automated outputs using presentation automation, content management, and design tools
  • Contribute to standardizing materials to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to support content generation, data analysis, and workflow efficiency
  • Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, presentation development, and operational workflows
  • Support initiatives to automate recurring deliverables and improve scalability
