The Client Insights Analyst supports Client Engagement and Analytics’ efforts by developing high-quality presentations, RFP responses, and analytical materials for field teams and large dealer groups. This role is responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling business narratives that support decision-making and strengthen partner relationships. The position plays a key role in building and maintaining client-facing and internal presentations, supporting RFP execution, and contributing to scalable content solutions using presentation automation and content management tools. Additionally, this role supports initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across reporting and presentation development within the Client Engagement & Analytics organization, including the use of AI-enabled tools and workflows.
