This role is pivotal in managing the onboarding, conversion, and transition of financial services clients to a sophisticated cost basis and tax reporting platform. You will coordinate across clients and internal teams to ensure accurate data migration, regulatory compliance, and seamless account transitions. The position combines client-facing engagement, project management, and product insight to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while providing clear guidance and support. This role offers visibility across cross-functional teams and opportunities to influence both operational and product improvements.

  • Facilitate end-to-end client onboarding, system conversions, and account transitions with accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct data analysis, reconciliation, and review to support seamless platform migrations.
  • Engage with clients to explain documentation requirements, regulatory considerations, and onboarding processes.
  • Lead project management activities, including scheduling, reporting, issue tracking, and risk escalation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet client needs and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance on platform features and support clients in structuring their offerings.
  • Monitor onboarding quality and efficiency, and recommend process or platform improvements based on insights and client feedback.
  • 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, conversions, or financial services operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hands-on experience with cost basis and tax reporting platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end institutional or client onboarding and conversion processes.
  • Strong project coordination or management skills, including reporting, planning, and issue tracking.
  • Product management mindset with the ability to translate client needs into platform improvements.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with onboarding systems or workflow tools is a plus.
  • Competitive base salary starting at $85,000, commensurate with experience.
