The Client Implementation Manager is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a relationship-focused Client Services team. In this role, daily activities include client meetings, data imports, project plan reviews and coordination with Specialists and the rest of the Implementation team. While completing projects with quality and efficiency, you would be looking for opportunities to improve existing processes and uncovering new strategies to help give our new clients the best experience possible. We are excited to have someone who is energized by solving problems and diving into the details, and enjoys client relationships. Because we are a small tech start-up, your contributions will have a high impact on the business giving you great purpose. You will be part of our Client Success team, reporting to the Director of Client Success, and you will have tremendous opportunities to grow and develop in this role.
