The Manager of Client Implementation and Data Services plays a key leadership role within the Client Success department, responsible for new client launches and added service activity for existing clients. This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of client setup and activation, working across Client Success, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Care. The manager also oversees the Senior Business Analysts who drive system configuration, workflow setup, and dashboard development to support accurate data flow and visibility. This position combines project leadership, data governance, and operational readiness to deliver a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing operations.
