The Manager of Client Implementation and Data Services plays a key leadership role within the Client Success department, responsible for new client launches and added service activity for existing clients. This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of client setup and activation, working across Client Success, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Care. The manager also oversees the Senior Business Analysts who drive system configuration, workflow setup, and dashboard development to support accurate data flow and visibility. This position combines project leadership, data governance, and operational readiness to deliver a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing operations.

  • Lead client implementation projects from initial planning through operational launch, including added service activity for existing clients.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to meet client and company objectives.
  • Oversee setup and validation of client data, including profiles, routing instructions, billing, and service requirements.
  • Direct Senior Business Analysts in system configuration, workflow logic, and dashboard development for both internal and client reporting.
  • Coordinate across Client Success, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Care to align workflows, data setup, and process readiness.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues that may impact accuracy, data integrity, or timelines.
  • Maintain standardized templates, documentation, and project tools to support consistent implementation practices.
  • Partner with internal teams to transition clients into ongoing operations and support continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Perform other appropriate duties at the discretion of management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in client implementation, data management, or customer operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the logistics or fulfillment industry.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and supporting system or data-driven initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of logistics workflows, customer setup processes, and system configuration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop solutions that drive improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with transportation, warehouse, or order management systems, as well as reporting or dashboard tools preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and client requirements.
  • Having PMP (Project Management) certification or Agile Project Management experience is a plus but not required.
