Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience or military experience is acceptable.

Nice To Haves

  • HR Certification or willingness to pursue in the first year.

Responsibilities

  • Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve client issues as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients.
  • Work independently to resolve issues and proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to exceed their expectations using strong interpersonal skills and HR knowledge.
  • Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, and provide prompt follow-up.
  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
