About The Position

The Client Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and long-term client value within a portfolio of medium to large commercial and industrial accounts. This role requires building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning solutions to client needs and strategic objectives. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account strategies, optimize client engagement, and ensure measurable impact on business outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in sales or account management, including at least 5 years in energy, sustainability, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of customer segments such as industrial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, or restaurant.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and managing complex accounts.
  • Excellent client management, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-suite executives.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours to support client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large accounts, driving revenue and adoption of solutions.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
  • Create and execute account plans, including strategic and tactical approaches for growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and close deals in alignment with client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product, to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics.
  • Support executive business reviews and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account success.
