Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other Business-related major with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
  • 6 credit hours or more in Finance and/or Accounting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial accounting such as reconciliation, invoice preparation, processing financial transactions, and preparing financial budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work on more than one project at a time.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior managers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and in writing.
  • Positive 'can-do' customer service attitude.
  • Leadership experience in school, work, or military.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver service support for both new and expanding business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, financial policies, GAAP, and internal controls.
  • Offer advisory support to client engagement teams in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategies to optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
