About The Position

Reporting to the Client Experience Training Lead, you will be responsible for helping transform our training function by living the creators code and delivering the modern luxury vision and new purpose for JLRNA retailers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, and creation of Jaguar Land Rover North America's Client Experience training content for retailers in the US and Canada. Training topics include product, process, system, leadership, purchase experience, and job role training. This role is also responsible for the digital transformation of JLRNA's training content, localization of globally developed training content, creation of North American specific training, and periodic reviews and updates of existing training content.
