About The Position

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Client Experience - Summer Sports Camp will be expected to provide general assistance and customer service support within the Summer Sports Camp Client areas.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable with various software programs, including Microsoft Office, Spectrum etc.
• Customer service-oriented
• Strong attention to detail
• Bilingual (French and English) required
• Before applying, please note that to work at McGill University, you must be both authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located.
• High School Diploma
• 1 Year Related Experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome parents and children, while accurately logging daily attendance and departures.
• Process on-site requests for additional services, including extra camp week registrations, late pick-ups and membership enrollments.
• Address any issues or concerns promptly by reporting them to the immediate supervisor.
