About The Position

The Client Experience Specialist at Grenier Financial Services is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients and the internal team. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven customer service experience in an office or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management/CRM software.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail, balancing quality with timeliness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and reinforce the firm's reputation.
  • Critical thinking and high accuracy.
  • Commitment to process improvement and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Familiarity with data confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional first impression.
  • Assist with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings/appointments.
  • Maintain and organize office files, both electronic and physical, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
  • Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and providing necessary materials.
  • Take and distribute minutes during meetings.
  • Assist other staff members with various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the office is well stocked with inventory, the environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Help plan and coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics.
