About The Position

The Client Experience Specialist is a polished, service‑driven professional who manages all non‑licensed and limited licensed aspects of the real estate transaction—from contract to close— while supporting listing preparation and upholding the elevated standards of the Global Luxury brand. This role ensures a seamless, white‑glove experience for agents, clients, and all deal stakeholders. As part of our luxury office, you bring a high‑energy, solutions‑oriented presence that reflects the sophistication and professionalism of our agents and clientele. You contribute to a collaborative team focused on innovation, eliminating friction in the transaction process, and enhancing the way Coldwell Banker Global Luxury does business. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination experience required.
  • Active, Colorado real estate license in good standing required.
  • Familiarity with MLS platforms, listing processes, and basic marketing tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting top‑producing or luxury agents strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a high‑end service environment or luxury brand is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all transaction details from contract to close, including timelines, contractual milestones, documentation, and communication with all parties.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and compliance‑ready transaction files within required systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all deal stakeholders, delivering proactive updates and high‑touch support tailored to a luxury clientele.
  • Work collaboratively with agents, clients, and third parties to resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain an active real estate license in good standing to perform authorized tasks, such as drafting contract addenda and amendments.
  • Execute full end‑to‑end transaction processing including entering expenses, validating transaction data, preparing commission invoices, calculating payouts, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate agent payments.
  • Support agents in the preparation of listings, including MLS management and organization of property information.
  • Deliver a high‑touch, concierge‑style service experience rooted in professionalism, warmth, and expertise.
  • Serve as a Global Luxury ambassador by upholding the brand’s elevated standards in communication, execution, and client experience.
  • Support top‑producing agents with an energetic, “no task too small” mindset, contributing equally to high‑level problem‑solving and day‑to‑day operational needs.
