About The Position

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Experience Manager. The Client Experience Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing and client experience strategies, vendor relationship management, ROI tracking, creating and managing content across various platforms, conducting market research, and optimizing content for SEO. Daily tasks include managing content calendars, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing content performance, and ensuring brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Content Strategy, Content Creation, and Content Management skills.
  • Experience in Market Research and SEO Optimization.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
  • Ability to Analyze Content Performance Metrics.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience in managing Social Media Campaigns.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience at an Ad firm or in the real estate industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to create, design, & implement marketing strategies for the organization.
  • Develop and record bi-weekly podcasts for the organization.
  • Record and champion video content to increase reach, improve retention, and communicate brand value more effectively.
  • Utilize marketing resources to create & schedule posts that support the brand.
  • Work with vendors to identify product opportunities.
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a social media.
  • Manage ad & vendor spend and re-investment.
  • Lead generation management.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
  • Utilize resources such as Forecasa, SFR Analytics, & Bigger Pockets to conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Use Salesforce to track & report ROI across these channels.
  • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
