About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring individuals to support veterans and their families as they explore supplemental benefit options. In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs , schedule virtual consultations, and help them better understand the options available to them. This fully remote opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact while building professional experience in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a webcam

Responsibilities

  • Connect with veterans and their families who have expressed interest in learning about benefit options
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
  • Explain available programs in a clear, respectful, and supportive manner
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up assistance
  • Maintain accurate records using secure digital systems
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
