Responsibilities

  • Directs account level activity
  • Collaborates with management to set account and/or market financial goals
  • Engages with business development to develop account and/or market growth plans and directs activity within the account to team to execute plan
  • Serves as a thought leader and subject matter expert for client engagement
  • Manages backlog, invoicing and aging reports for account
  • Works and mentors junior Client Experience Managers

Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years' experience in sales, marketing or project management role in the furniture industry
  • Confident in owning and presenting complex information to C-suite level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in account and/or market growth
  • Proactive sales approach requiring strategic thinking with the ability to conduct market analysis and shift strategies as needed
