Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent client service or administrative services experience.
  • With Bachelor’s degree: 1-2 years’ experience.
  • Without Bachelor’s degree: 3+ years client service or administration services experience.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Engagement.
  • Maintain neat and professional appearance.
  • Possess a courteous, cooperative and professional attitude.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and desire to succeed.
  • Display a commitment to acting in the best interest of the Firm.
  • Practice discretion and discernment in dealing with client and Firm matters.

Responsibilities

  • Bring consistent positive energy to the workplace and to the completion of your job duties.
  • You will be a key ambassador of the firm to its clients and a key liaison between the firm’s clients and Trust teams.
  • Maintain a client service focus and communicate with both the Trust teams and client personnel in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Monitor COE job status and communicate upcoming engagement steps to both the audit team and client in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the client to ensure the timely receipt of required audit schedules and test procedures support.
  • Update supervisor of job status and engagement issues in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Working with the client, COE, and audit teams, assist in the completion of data import procedures and required data reconciliation and completeness procedures.
  • Complete procedures to document the accuracy of financial schedules.
  • Prepare clear and accurate workpapers.
  • Understand and comply with the Firm’s quality control policy.
