About The Position

The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for the daily facilitation of our white glove experience. The CEC is a forward thinker who observes all possible intricacies in operating that contribute to fostering an exceptional visit for our clients. You have a strong passion for skin care and looks forward to working within a fast-paced team environment. You should be ready to take initiative, keep projects organized, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with coworkers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of customer experience and satisfaction
  • Manage appointment scheduling
  • Build a trusting relationship with clients
  • Maintain clean and visually presentable retail & back of house area
  • Provide clients professional expertise in treatments and services
  • Propose innovative ideas to the workforce
  • Assist Esthetician staff as needed
  • Facilitate inventory controls of retail products and office supplies
  • Take ownership of interactions with each client to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintains attentiveness to usage of day to day items and ensures stocked and prepared at all times (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, stirrers, etc.)
