Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Client Experience, this role will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day client interactions, and catering to each client’s individual preferences and needs with the utmost care. By anticipating requirements and proactively addressing potential issues, the Client Experience Consultant ensures our clients enjoy a seamless, worry-free journey every time they fly with us.
