Requirements

- Comfortable learning sales and service systems (no experience required).

Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with every guest — create an inviting, positive first impression.
- Explain our membership options and guide guests through their wellness journey.
- Schedule appointments, answer calls, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Build relationships with members through follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Support your team in maintaining a fun, professional studio atmosphere.
