About The Position
The Client Experience Associate at HSBC plays a crucial role in ensuring a premium client experience within the Wealth Center. This position supports various operational, service, accounting, and compliance-related activities, managing branch transactional activities and enhancing customer service. The associate will work closely with the Center Manager and team to identify process improvements and ensure adherence to internal control standards, compliance, and operational risk controls.
