Oversees client onboarding & account opening, KYC process management, client relationship management and documentation oversight. Partner with sales teams, and liaising with internal partners (KYC, Account Opening and product partners) to fulfill client requests while maintaining constant communication. Providing the highest level of customer service and teamwork. Ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and complete, fulfilling requests promptly. Serves as the primary contact and guide for clients navigating the Know Your Client (KYC) onboarding and account opening processes and evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, requiring the balancing of conflicting situations and analysis of multiple information sources. Demonstrates subject matter and industry expertise, and an ability to break down information systematically and influences decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitation, directly affecting team performance. This involves adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and transparently reporting control issues.
