Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with clients nationwide
  • Walk individuals and families through personalized benefit options
  • Explain coverage clearly and answer questions with confidence
  • Guide clients through enrollment step-by-step
  • Maintain accurate digital records and stay organized
  • Provide consistent follow-up and ongoing client support
  • Participate in weekly training, coaching, and mentorship sessions
  • Build long-term relationships that drive retention and trust
