The Client Executive develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, with an emphasis on small to mid-size companies with high revenue. This role provides service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients, and may manage overall client relationships, supported by day-to-day account management. The Client Executive also assists, educates, and develops other staff members in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements, applies industry technologies to sales and service, and provides direction in account transfer situations. They are responsible for preparing and implementing an individual business plan and production budget, and developing and maintaining interdivision/intercompany relationships consistent with the corporate culture.
