About The Position
The Client Executive role at EPIC involves working closely with sales and service teams to meet and exceed client service needs. This position is responsible for managing client timelines, developing renewal strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. The Client Executive will also attend client meetings, ensure compliance with internal procedures, and maintain high service performance standards.
