What you’ll be doing… As a Verizon Client Executive (CE), your role will be to drive subscriber growth and expand Fios services within the multiple dwelling unit (MDU) community. This will involve leveraging your B2B experience to secure contracts, specifically negotiating Premise Access Licenses for network construction, Marketing Agreements for co-marketing all Verizon services, and Strategic Services like Managed WiFi and Bulk Agreements for property-wide service contracts. Through these efforts, you will secure preferential or exclusive positioning for Verizon's Internet, TV, and Voice services for residential end-users. Your client base will consist of multi-family property owners, including Homeowner Associations and rental properties, as well as their developers and builders. These communities vary greatly in size, from hundreds of units per property to tens of thousands across single portfolios. By partnering with these owners, Verizon gains marketing access to residential customers who are highly likely to purchase Internet, TV, and Voice service bundles. These contracts are vital for Verizon's top-line revenue growth, impacting subscriber penetration, RCM, churn, and competitive advantage In this role, you will collaborate closely with Verizon cross-functional stakeholders such as local Verizon Engineering, Marketing, Contract Management, and Operations. The territory for this position will support New York, NY. Employees must reside no more than 50 miles from their assigned sales territory or module.
