The Client Executive – Services is a strategic, client-facing sales role focused on driving profitable growth through professional and managed service offerings. This role leads with consultative discovery and solution alignment, positioning services as the primary driver of client outcomes and long-term value. The Client Executive partners with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, shape service-led solutions, and manage the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification through pricing, negotiation, and close. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, profitable, and aligned to client expectations. This position is accountable for building a predictable pipeline, achieving ACV service bookings and gross margin targets, and expanding existing relationships through increased service adoption, while strengthening customer loyalty and trust.
