This is a high-visibility role where you’ll design and scale bold marketing initiatives, lead a distributed team, negotiate strategic agreements, and influence senior stakeholders — all with real autonomy to pilot new ideas and see the impact of your work on premium, retention, and customer experience. About SPG: The Strategic Partnership Group is a core growth engine for Liberty Mutual, generating high-quality leads and competitive advantages through thousands of affinity partnerships and third-party appointments. SPG drives meaningful premium across our Direct channel by applying innovation, analytics, and best-in-class business development. Role overview: You will lead a team of Relationship Managers and own a portfolio of strategic affinity, broker, and association accounts. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on execution: developing a multi-year plan for the segment, influencing stakeholders across functions and at the C-suite level, and using analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness. You’ll partner with Marketing, Analytics/Insights, Operations and Sourcing to implement scalable processes and best practices while driving new business, profitability, and retention.
