About The Position

The Wealth & Asset Management Segment Leader serves as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of NTT DATA Banking/Financial Services clients across a designated regional territory. This pivotal role is focused on driving customer satisfaction, expanding revenue opportunities, and optimizing account profitability while shaping the future growth of the business in the region. With deep expertise in capital markets and financial services, the Segment Leader oversees customer engagements with a keen focus on P&L management, strategic account growth, service delivery excellence, and long-term client success. They collaborate closely with both client executives and internal NTT DATA teams-including technical delivery, business development, and sales-to cultivate strong partnerships and ensure impactful business outcomes. Success in this role is measured by business growth, client satisfaction, and the profitability of engagements.

Requirements

  • 17+ years of experience in Information Technology Services and Advisory Consulting, with a strong track record of building strategic customer relationships and go-to-market strategies.
  • 12+ years in leading client engagement/account teams, managing P&L oversight, account strategies, service level agreements, and delivery performance.
  • 10+ years of Wealth & Asset Management industry expertise, with executive-level contacts, deep knowledge of core banking solutions, and a strong grasp of industry trends.
  • 8+ years providing strategic direction and leadership in Wealth & Asset Management business development, driving innovative approaches to expand market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of Wealth & Asset Management accounts, developing and executing revenue growth strategies while driving profitability and long-term client relationships.
  • Provide executive leadership in the development of tailored client engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving high-value outcomes.
  • Build and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with regional opportunities and corporate objectives in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Build and lead a scalable, high-performing segment team focused on relationship management, revenue expansion, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with NTT DATA Lines-of-Business Leaders to enhance and differentiate market offerings.
  • Coach and mentor Client Executives, helping them develop strategic account plans and scale client relationships effectively.
  • Set clear expectations around NTT DATA's value proposition, ensuring delivery teams exceed client expectations and enhance service quality.
  • Act as the senior escalation resource for delivery initiatives, navigating challenges with a focus on solutions and client success.
